WHOLESALE POLICY

STITCHED IN THE CITY

Thank you for your interest in carrying STITCHED IN THE CITY products. Current partners use their given login credentials to access the wholesale site linked here. If you are interested in selling with us please reach out to emily@stitchedinthecity.com. We value our retail partners and aim to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Please review our wholesale terms below.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers with:

  • A valid resale certificate or sales tax ID.
  • Align with the Stitched in the City brand identity and mission.

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Order minimums are by product and can be found in the product description.

Orders below the minimum will not be processed.

3. Pricing

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Shipping/ Production Time

  • Production time varies by product and can be found in the product descriptions. Most products will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase. Custom pieces will take longer and timing will be communicated throughout the design process.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise stated.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the retailer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report damages within 5 business days.

6. Returns & Damages

  • All wholesale orders are final sale.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days with photos.
  • Approved damage claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise.

7. Online Sales Policy

Retailers may sell our products only through their own branded storefront/website.

Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) without written approval.

8. Branding & Marketing

  • All trademarks, logos, and images remain the property of Stitched in the City.
  • Brand assets may not be altered without permission.

9. Zip Code Exclusivity

We may offer zip code exclusivity to qualifying retail partners at our discretion.

Exclusivity terms:

  • Exclusivity applies only to brick-and-mortar retail locations.
  • The retailer must meet and maintain a minimum annual purchase volume of $2,000
  • Accounts must remain in good standing (timely payments, adherence to pricing policies, etc.).
  • Exclusivity is limited to the approved five-digit zip code and does not extend to online sales.
  • We reserve the right to review and modify exclusivity agreements annually.
  • Exclusivity must be agreed upon in writing prior to order approval.
