WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Ready to ship items will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Made to order items ship within 7 business days of purchase. Custom orders vary, but typically ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer 1 shipping speed, which is ground USPS shipping. This typically takes between 2-5 business days, but can take longer over the holiday season.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our current policy as a small business is that all items are final sale. With that being said, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to hello@stitchedinthecity.com for assistance. We want you to be happy with your order!!

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
